his fine deep ruby red "Dolcetto" is produced in the hilly area of the municipality of Diano d'Alba. Violet-shaded, it is fresh and vinous, with red fruit notes. Balanced and harmonious, it has a good structure, with a fruity note and an aftertaste reminiscent of almonds.
Excellent for all meals, it delivers better with charcuterie, meat-based starters, pasta dishes and fresh cheese.
